About one week before the Conference begins, registrants will receive an email from support@crowdcompassmail.com. The email includes instructions and a link to download and activate the app on your Apple or Android mobile device.

  • If you previously downloaded last year’s Conference app, please update the app to get the new content.

    • You may see the 2018 content after updating last year’s app. Just tap the three lines in the upper left corner of the app, choose Switch Events, and select ABMS Conference 2019.

  • When you first open the app, if you are presented with an “Allow notifications” option, choose Allow to get important alerts and reminders during the Conference.

  • It may take a couple minutes for your personal schedule to show up in the app when you first log in.

When you search for and download the app directly from the Apple App Store or Google Play

Launch the app on your device, then tap the three lines in the upper left corner of the app.

  • Tap “Log in for more features!”

  • Enter your first and last name, as you provided it during Conference registration.

  • The app will automatically send a text message to your mobile device, and a message to the email address you used to register for the Conference, with a 4-digit code.

  • Enter the 4-digit code in the app.

  • Enter the code in the app as prompted to link your schedule to the app.

If you have trouble downloading or logging into the app, please follow these steps

  1. Locate the email or request that we re-send the invitation (invitations are sent out about 10 days before the Conference).

  2. Look for the email from support@crowdcompassmail.com, using the same email address you used to register for the Conference. If it’s not in your in-box or junk folder, we can re-send your invitation or send it to an alternate email address.

  3. Using your mobile device, open the email and follow the instructions. If you can’t access that email account on your mobile device, we will send it to an alternate email address. This will make the “Verify Account” step easier.

  4. Follow the instructions in the email message to download then verify the app.
